About Colton Wandke

Colton Wandke is a seasoned financial executive and accomplished entrepreneur specializing in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic advisory services. With extensive expertise in transaction advisory and innovative capital structuring, Mr. Wandke has consistently demonstrated his ability to identify, structure, and execute complex financial transactions.

Currently, Colton serves as Co-Founder and Partner at DECA Analytics, LLC, Puerto Rico’s premier corporate advisory and business analytics firm. At DECA, he spearheads the firm’s capital markets services and strategic initiatives, focusing specifically on transaction advisory, tax credits, grants, and debt financing programs. His strategic leadership has positioned DECA as the go-to firm for innovation-driven companies conducting research and development in Puerto Rico, assisting them in navigating incentive programs, maintaining compliance, and accessing non-dilutive capital sources, such as federal and local grants and transferable R&D tax credits.

Colton is also a founding Partner at the PR Innovation Fund (PRIF), a specialized lender with approximately $34 million in assets under management, dedicated to providing bespoke financing solutions to R&D-focused enterprises in Puerto Rico. In this capacity, Colton leads the underwriting team, overseeing due diligence and structuring new financing opportunities tailored specifically to the unique requirements of innovation-driven companies.

In addition, Colton is a Founding Member of Assured Cyber Solutions (ACS), a veteran majority-owned firm specializing in cybersecurity solutions aimed at measuring and reducing cyber risks across both public and private sectors. At ACS, he oversees financial operations and contributes significantly to strategic growth initiatives, leveraging his extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital raising within the technology sector.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Colton gained significant industry experience through roles in investment banking and private equity, where he led multiple buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and participated in substantial debt and equity capital raises. His prior experience primarily focused on the Life Sciences and Technology industries, further enhancing his capability to guide high-growth, innovation-oriented businesses.

Colton holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the SDSU Fowler College of Business and has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, underscoring his deep understanding of alternative investments and financial markets. His extensive financial expertise, combined with his entrepreneurial acumen, continues to drive growth and success for DECA Analytics, PR Innovation Fund, Assured Cyber Solutions, and their respective clients.
